2. How does Finkle make money then?
As we do not charge any service fees to local grocery stores or delivery partners, the products sold on our platform are slightly more expensive than what you would find inside your local grocery store or bottle shop. Our customers are more than happy to pay these slightly higher rates for the convenience of getting groceries and alcohol delivered to their homes quickly and in the process support their local grocery stores and bottle shops.
3. Which suburbs do Finkle service now?
We are growing every day. Currently we service the following suburbs – Melbourne CBD, Richmond, Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing, Box Hill and Cranbourne.
4. How do I start ordering through Finkle?
You can start ordering groceries and alcohol now by downloading our app.

5. Is contact free delivery available through Finkle?
All our deliveries are contact free. If you live in a house, our delivery partners will drop the groceries in front of your door. If you live in an apartment, they will call you to confirm delivery.
6. Do I need to provide an ID for Alcohol Delivery ?
To accept an Alcohol Delivery, you will need to show our Delivery Partner an Age Proof ID (eg Driver's Licence) to prove that you are over 18 years. As per the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Victoria), it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.
